Key elements of the circular economy

<p>Fiction factory based in Amsterdam has developed a design for a small-scale home called Wikkelhouse. The house utilises high strength cardboard as a main element of the structure, using 24 layers of cardboard wrapped around a house- shaped mould. The design of Wikkelhouse is modular, with different segments in various configurations that can be linked together into a larger structure. A smart 'Home'-segment holds all domestic installations and offers a kitchen, shower and bathroom. Read more at:</p>
