Circularise enables supply chain actors to share sensitive data without risking privacy and confidentiality. To improve Resource Use, Verify Provenance, Conduct Carbon Footprint and Impact Assessments to unlock the potential of Circular Economy business models and to drive worldwide adoption.

Problem

Mesbah and Jordi, co-founders of Circularise, visited recycling plants in The Netherlands to discover that many products, although they reach the recycler, end up in landfills or incinarated due to a lack of transparency on the product materials and origins.

Solution

Circularise is a startup that utilises blockchain technology to enable product lifecycle tracking, automated reporting on compliancy, advanced analytics, and value chain stakeholder analysis. Every single product can be individually tracked and companies can interact with anyone who owns the product at any given time. Circularise strives to improve transparency and traceability across complex supply chains and enable a shift to a circular economy. The Circularise protocol creates unique identifiers called CIRLABELS and attaches them to materials, parts and products using QR codes, RFID, or NFC and any IOT enabled device. Circularise allows companies to monitor and gather data on their products at every stage of the value chain, from miner to recycler.

Circularise offers multiple software solutions for supply chain traceability. We have MassBalancer to automate mass balance bookkeeping and Digital Product Passports for end-to-end batch traceability.
