Key elements of the circular economy

<p>Adidas partnered with Parley for the Oceans to develop shoes made from 95% ocean plastic. Parley for the Oceans spun the fibres for the shoes from plastic waste and old fishing nets retrieved from the coast of Africa. About 16.5 old bottles and 13 grams of plastic from gill nets go into a single upper on one shoe.</p>
