Key elements of the circular economy

Nespresso set up collection systems in the Benelux region to recycle used
capsules. The company surveyed its customers about recycling capsules and the
best routes for collecting used capsules. Based on the feedback, Nespresso
designed four dedicated routes - boutiques to return capsules, drop off points
to send back used capsules in a special recycling bag, doorstep route to
return capsules to the courier who delivers a new order, and "green park"
route to take used capsules to container parks for collection.
