Key elements of the circular economy

<p>Fly larvae are being used to prevent food waste at an insect farm in Kenya. InsectiPro, a Nairobi-based insect farm, is working to reduce the daily output of 1,900 tons of organic food waste. The farm feeds black soldier fly larvae more than 30 tons of discarded fruit, which it then dries and sells as animal feed.</p>
