Catering company Levy partnered with Swedish startup company Klimato to bring food on the agenda at COP26 by informing consumers about the carbon footprint of the food at the event. The climate labels raised the issue of the impact of different foods on the global agenda and can contribute to shifting to healthier, more circular diets.
