Key elements of the circular economy

<p>The Rwandan Government has launched the new African Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Cooling and Cold Chain (ACES), with one of its key aims to reduce food waste, along with helping the nation's agriculture and farmers. They will be delivering affordable lowest carbon emissions cooling and cold-chain systems&nbsp;which&nbsp;meet Africa’s social and economic cooling&nbsp;needs. In addition, Living Labs will provide support and analyze the progress of this initiative. </p>
