Key elements of the circular economy

Recycled Plastic Technology (RPT) Pty Ltd has been manufacturing medium to
large diameter recycled plastic pipe since July 1999 using 100% recycled milk
bottles as an input from kerbside collection. The manufacturing processes is
low energy and carbon footprint.

  * Material impact: 450 metres of pipe per day consuming around 150,000 2 litre milk bottles 
  * Emissions impact: carbon footprint of approximately 50% of competitive virgin products
