These Regulations, made under sections 13 and 40 of the Environment Protection Act 1994, prescribe limit values for plastic bags, whether produced locally or imported. The manufacture, trade and commercial distribution of domestically produced and imported plastic bags below 30 microns, for use within the Republic of Seychelles, is "restricted".
